Stack by Vila Health ("we", "us") is operated by Vila Health ApS, Denmark. This policy describes what personal data we collect, why, and how we process it under the EU GDPR.

Data we collect

  • Quiz answers: goals, age, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, medication and budget. Stored locally in your browser until you save your stack.
  • Account: email address when you sign in via magic-link or Google. We never store passwords.
  • Saved stacks: your answers and recommended products, tied to your account.
  • Click events: anonymous outbound clicks on affiliate links (slug, language, timestamp). No personal profiling.

    • Legal basis

    We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and to perform the contract of delivering a personalised recommendation (Art. 6(1)(b)).

    Third parties

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase (EU) – hosting, database, auth.
  • Google – only if you choose Google sign-in.
  • Affiliate partners – receive only an anonymous click when you choose to continue.

    • We never sell your data.

    Your rights

    You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing. Email hello@vila.health to exercise these rights or to delete your account.

    Complaints

    You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
